Delight guests with interactive entertainment using SMART HUB

Samsung SMART HUB provides a gateway to a variety of web-based apps, delighting users with the same interactive entertainment that they experience on their personal devices, such as social networking sites (SNS), through the venue’s IP network. SMART HUB also enables use of Internet apps in the same way they would be used on other devices.

Tailor content for each group

Users can tailor room content to a particular group or event. For example, a block of rooms used for a convention can be set up to receive event-related information. Specific content can also be delivered to some rooms, such as child-appropriate content for rooms with families. Plus, TV channel lists can be created and managed by genre and guest type.

Enhance the guest experience with access to services and information

Using services enabled by LYNK SINC 3.0, hotel guests can enjoy a luxurious, entertaining stay with enhanced content based on their individual needs. Hotels can provide a specialised experience built around guests’ schedules or reasons for staying. For example, Event locations, meeting alerts and entertainment options catering to a topic of interest can be set up with little time or effort. In addition, local event and tourist information, available discount and more can be displayed for swift guest access. Plus, multiple languages are supported, providing a property the ability to cater to and communicate with global visitors. With LYNK SINC 3.0, hospitality properties can offer:

  • Choose from user interfaces (UIs) to create a customised property portal;
  • Deliver and manage guest messages efficiently with the Guest Message feature;
  • Manage individual displays or groups of displays remotely;
  • Monitor in-room TV network status easily from the monitoring menu of the SINC software;
  • Communicate with the hotel property management system (PMS) to offer convenient guest services through their in-room TV’s;
  • Create and deliver the customised channel list.
