We are able to offer our customers critical support with 4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hour response times, we can also provide a 24/7/365 days a year, fully structured support as required, and this service is streamlined through the use of live vehicle tracking which enables our support desk to get the closest engineer to site in the shortest possible time.
Each new installation carries with it as standard our Gold maintenance package for the first 12 months. There are no hidden clauses as all internal and external components including cables are covered under standard wear and tear. It includes one preventative maintenance visit, all callouts to breakdowns, and labour that is required during the period. At each scheduled visit the systems receive a complete service ensuring that each component is functioning correctly.
