Adept at financial planning and project management, Phil has a solid track record of using advanced research, analysis, strategic planning and negotiation skills to successfully develop business initiatives whilst maximising profit, minimising cost and driving continuous change.

His experience spans over 24 years in the industry from an Engineer to Engineering Manager, and this knowledge has allowed Phil to move into the Senior Project Manager whilst gathering hands on experience over the years.

Phil has excelled in his man management skills and has gained a number of industry related qualifications over the years.

Phil Bradshaw

Project Manager

Phil joined the team in 2001 and has worked in both the Service and Project Departments within the Company.

Originally working as an Ancillary Manager in the NHS, Phil has been in the Industry since 1991 dealing with Blue Chip Companies both here and abroad. Quietly confident, Customer Service and getting the job done are his ethos and is always prepared to go the extra yard on behalf of our Customers.

Liam Caffrey

Project Manager

We are pleased to introduce Liam who has made the transfer from Engineering to Project Management bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that will further enhance our customers experience.

Liam joined SCS in 2002 straight from an apprenticeship in IT with ICL/Fujitsu Siemens, where he gained his NVQ2 and NVQ3 qualifications.

SCS recognises the value of our employees who are the heart of our business. Arriving with a background in information technology, Liam was subsequently trained at SCS to undertake all aspects of installation and service work.

16 years later Liam became one of our most experienced engineers on the road.

Always keen to develop our staff further, we were delighted when Liam successfully progressed to the role of Project Manager in 2018.
Thanks to his technical background and experience as a former engineer, he is well suited to his new role. With a fundamental understanding of SCS and the solutions we offer, Liam is able to contribute valuable knowledge and provide excellent customer service skills to our clients.

Outside of work, Liam is very friends and family-orientated and enjoys socialising. A driven and motivated team member Liam is a welcome addition to the SCS office team.

Sophie Jeffery

Project Manager

Sophie achieved a 2:1 degree in Law at Reading University, and following this decided that she wanted to take a different career path, and joined the SCS team in 2016.

Sophie started her career with SCS as Project & Admin Support, assisting all departments across SCS, always keen to develop and progress our staff, Sophie obtained valuable skills allowing her to progress to Project Manager in 2019.

Thanks to Sophies ability to learn, Sophie has adapted to the delivery of digital signage and hospitality products for our blue-chip companies, and providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers.

 Outside of work, Sophie is very family-orientated and enjoys travelling. A driven, passionate and motivated team member Sophie is a valuable addition to the SCS team.

Kirsten Vanden

Project Coordinator

Kirsten joined the SCS projects team in 2023, Kirsten has experience of project managing multi-million-pound builds with the biggest haulage companies in the UK and Northern Europe on behalf of BNP Paribas.

Kirsten was a facilities Manager for two military bases in the UK, bringing them through the pandemic and was proudly awarded the British Citizen award of recognition for exceptional contribution to society.

As well as a full-time role, Kirsten helped her husband set up his own company, managing the daily tasks of staff and admin.

Kirsten has a positive can-do approach and has worked in customer service since school including being a customer service excellence mentor, so you are in safe hands with Kirsten!

To wind down, Kirsten likes to travel and has had the opportunity living overseas, Kirsten is a family person and that comes first.

Tom Wilde

Junior Project Manager

Introducing Tom, the newest member of our SCS project team! Tom brings with him a wealth of qualifications and skills, enhancing our experienced project team even further.

3 years of studying at college and a year at the University of Huddersfield resulted in Tom achieving an amazing Double Distinction Star and a Distinction in his electrical and electronic engineering courses. Tom’s interest in these industries continued and following his time at Huddersfield he quickly secured a role as a Junior Project Manager within the electrical testing industry. Tom soon strengthened his knowledge and experience in these areas and confirmed his desire to further his career in these fields.

Like many others, Tom fell victim to redundancy during the Covid-19 pandemic but didn’t let this hold him back. Tom successfully obtained a new role as a Project Management Officer & Business Analyst for DWP. Here, he worked for the Data Warehouse, a specialist department looking at strategic solutions for storing, analysing, and interrogating large volumes of ‘citizen’ and ‘user’ data. Following the end of his contract we are proud of Tom for enrolling in the national Covid-19 vaccination programme and working to help others prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Tom’s career journey then led him to SCS. In the short period of time Tom has been with us, he has already become an integral member of the project team. Tom said, “When I saw the opportunity arise at SCS, I knew I could bring experience from my previous employment and learn new skills to adapt to my new role. I’m really enjoying being part of the team.”

In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing and watching football, F1 and travelling.
