We believe technology will be an essential tool in these difficult times and are continuing to provide the vital engineering services required to meet the needs of all our customers.
Homeworking by office personnel
SCS office staff are now able to work from home and have full remote access to all our systems. Please call or email as usual with any orders, requests or queries you may have.
SCS have dedicated service engineers, spread across the U.K, who are able to complete service visits and installs as required. All engineers have hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves and are fully educated in government procedures to stop the spread of infection.
Should you require an engineer visit, please could you obtain as much information as possible to pass on to our Service Desk.
• Is the tenant vulnerable to the spread of infection?
• Does the property have residents who are self-isolating?
• Any other information that you feel might be relevant.
Please be advised the health and safety of our employees and customers is paramount. Our engineers will endeavour to complete all visits but should they perceive any risk to themselves or the customer they will look to reschedule the visit.
Our warehouse remains open. Warehouse staff are isolated from each other and following all Government guidelines. We are able to safely send equipment out and accept deliveries as required.
