Business Administrator (Warrington)
£16,000 – £21,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday 30 – 37.5 hours per week
Position Summary
As the Business Administrator your role will be to manage and be responsible for the liaison with all departments across the business assisting the successful delivery of customer projects. You will ensure customer service is a priority and to ensure our client remain one of the key recognised companies for their services nationally.
Your daily duties and responsibilities will be to:
- Admin support across all departments as instructed, primarily the Projects and Sales department.
- Processing of sales orders from email enquiries
- Being a point of contact for customers providing order update
- Interface between all departments for the successful delivery to the customer, including Project Department, Service Desk, Warehouse, Customers, Sales and Engineering (including subcontractors) to assist in the timely and cost-effective performance of contractual and operational obligations in accordance with customer needs as required
- Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Continuous update of operational databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain good customer relations through provision of information and attending site meetings as appropriate
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
- Arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities as requested
- Provision of information to enable accurate and timely invoicing to customers
- To act as support where required, scheduling appointments, and updating information for other team members
- Offering holiday cover where required
- General office/reception duties including office supply replenishment, and visitor hospitality
Essential Attributes
- It is necessary to demonstrate an understanding of being able to multitask
- Able to meet deadlines and balance workload
- To be able to provide a positive customer delivery experience
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an excellent polite phone manner
- Have good written English
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise between the customer, suppliers, and other departments seamlessly
- Health and Safety knowledge an advantage (RAMS etc)
- A willingness to learn with a future opportunity to progress within the company

AV and IRS Engineer (Within 50 miles of B60)
£35K depending on experience and hours worked

Position Summary
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the AV and IRS installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of AV, IRS, SMATV and MATV systems. Our client’s customer base includes EE, Vodafone, Sainsburys, Argos, Travelodge and other major hotel chains along with various social housing associations nationally.
Your daily responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring that all allocated jobs are accomplished to a high standard, on time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Completion of all relevant job paperwork via IAuditor, or bespoke client paperwork, to a highly accurate standard.
- Ensuring that Company Quality and Health & Safety standards are met and maintained at all times.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with clients at many different levels as well as colleagues, manager and office staff.
- Managing assistant engineer workload on site
Key Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of AV, IRS, SMATV and MATV
- Experience in VSAT, IPTV & Fibre systems would also be an advantage
- A full driving licence is essential
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Comfortable working at height- full training provided
- Knowledge of IP and Routers an advantage
